3. VIRTUAL MUSEUM COPYRIGHT

Terms of Access

The CAIS Virtual Museum archive is a research unit of the CAIS. By using the CAIS Virtual Museum Archive (the “Website”) you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Access. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Access you are not permitted to use the Website or access any of the images on it.

	The CAIS’s Legal Notice at http://www.cais-soas.com/CAIS/copyright.htm applies to this Website. If there is any conflict between the Legal Notice and these Terms of Access, the latter shall prevail.
	You are permitted to access the images on the Website and to use and download them for the purposes of non-commercial research and private study and for no other purpose. You are not allowed to sell the images or use them for any profit making, commercial or business purposes, or permit others to do so.
