WELCOME TO CAIS PETITION PAGE
Although CAIS is an educational programme with no affiliation to any political or religious group, but when we see our civilisation is under attack from outside and the glaring incompetence and insufferable inanity from inside Iran, we have no choice but to take action. Thus here at CAIS we endorse and subscribe to the following petitions.
Petition 1: Sivand Petition (CAIS) (Under Construction)
Petition 2: Iranian Azerbaijanis Remain Integral Compatriots in Shaping the History & Life of Iran
Petition 3: Persian Gulf ; A Global Heritage in Danger
CAIS as an Academic institution committed to the integrity of academic world, scholarship, the ideals of truth and justice, and a belief in the possibility of true peace in the Middle-East, we stand unalterably opposed to this dangerous trend of historical distortion that has taken shape in recent decades.
We are opposed to falsification, fabrication and misrepresentation of information about the name of the historical body of water, which from at the dawn of the written history known to mankind as the “Persian Gulf”.
We see such falsification and historical distortion as a mal-practice, intentional abuse of academic freedom and privilege, which is an issue of moral turpitude.
AG University of Bahrain should correct itself and should be vigilant enough, not to fall in hands of those who wish to create division among the people of Middle-East.
Petition 4: Stop Legal Action Against Iranian Archeological Assets in the US
