email contact information on the web has become a challenge. Web spiders
travel the web harvesting mail addresses. To
reduce this spam just a bit, we have adopted a few simple strategies. We
put the email addresses on this one page in "coded" format. It
is easy to decode them if you are a person, but spiders won't.
CODED EMAILS
Each of the email addresses below includes a "trailer" that says 1234.
To use the email address correctly, just remove all of the extra "trailer" that says 1234.
So, for example, if the email address is: Example1234@cais-soas.com
Then the correct address to use is Example@cais-soas.com
Also, if you are using email that will let you "click to launch" a new email, just click, then edit the address in the new email.

TO LEAVE OR CHANGE E-MAILS
To leave the mailing list, simply fill in subject section of your e-mail
as [Unsubscribe] and send it to us. To
change your email address, again simply fill in subject section of your e-mail
as [Update].
Some information for the news reports are extracted from various places. Those news bulletins are NOT a 'Copy & Paste' version from the mentioned-sources. They have been modified with the following interventions by CAIS:
- Spelling corrections;
- Rectification and correction of the historical facts and data;
- Providing additional historical information within the text;
- Removing any unnecessary;
- Irrelevant & repetitive information.
All these
measures have been taken in order to ensure that the published news provided by
CAIS is coherent, transparent, accurate and suitable for academics, students and
cultural enthusiasts who visit the CAIS website.
